The beans, Palmera Supremo, come from an association of artisanal farms located in the renowned Huila region of Colombia. Their objective is simple: to bring out the typical tasting notes of the famous terroir, in order to offer a coffee that lives up to expectations. The decaffeination method (sugar cane process), is ecological and particularly efficient at preserving the depth of the coffee flavour.
